Am I locked into a contract?
No, with Space-Node, there are no long-term contracts. You have the flexibility to choose between a monthly subscription or a one-time payment. For the monthly subscription, you’ll receive an invoice 14 days before your service’s renewal date. If paid, your service will be extended; if not, it will automatically be canceled. You can cancel at any time, whether you’re on a subscription or paying manually each month.
Can I use this service to stream 24/7 ?
Yes, our servers are purpose-built for 24/7 streaming with OBS Studio. Some of our customers have been streaming without downtime since January, and we have supported streams from big creators since 2018.
Is my service delivered instantly?
At Space-Node, services are usually delivered within one day or within a few hours, depending on how busy the support team is. And if the streaming vpsses are pre setup up already.
I'm new to OBS Studio. Can you help me setup my stream?

Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Just contact our support team, and they will assist you with the process.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY SERVER?
Server access is provided through a URL that connects to the server from your web browser. This way, you’ll be able to view the desktop of the server utilizing any web browser of your choice. For those wondering, we currently do not provide RDP support with our servers.
MY STREAM CUT OFF. WHAT DO I DO?
If your stream does end or cut off, you should check whether the server has an active internet connection. If you’re able to access the server remotely, then the internet connection is present. If that is the case, then your stream might have crashed within the OBS app. However, if the remote connection to the server is not working, then it most likely means your server went down. In this case, you’ll have to contact our support team to fix the issue.
DO I HAVE TO BE A STREAMER TO USE SPACE-NODE?
No. Space-Node is for everyone. Whether you are a streamer, a content creator, a business, a brand, a non-profit, or a school, you can use Space-Node to stream to YouTube 24/7
We currently do not offer free trials for our services.
