Are backups included? What about redundancy?

Backups are not included in any plan. For redundancy, you have a few options. The simplest is picking up a Stone plan as a standby server. You point it at a simple static page that tells viewers your primary is offline, and you flip to it if the main stream drops. A second option is ordering your current plan twice. We place each instance on a separate physical server, often in a different location, so if one goes down the other stays up. For full automatic failover with no manual switching, contact our support team and we will put together a custom setup.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer free trials, but first-time streaming VPS customers can contact support within 3 days if they are not satisfied. We review these cases fairly and can issue a refund when the service was used normally and the issue could not be resolved by support.
