- Yes. In Sydney and Singapore you can order every ARK: Survival Ascended plan, from €25.99 a month for 16 GB, and the 8 GB and 12 GB Survival Evolved plans, from €12.40. Prices are the same as in Europe. Servers there run on a shared AMD Ryzen 9 5950X with NVMe storage and DDoS protection. For New Zealand, Sydney is our closest location; for Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam it is Singapore.
- It depends on the version. ARK: Survival Evolved runs well on 8 to 12GB for a single map. ARK: Survival Ascended is a full Unreal Engine 5 remaster and needs at least 16GB for a single map, and 24 to 32GB for clusters and heavy mods. We split our plans into two lines so you always get hardware that matches your version.
- Survival Evolved uses the original Unreal Engine 4 and runs well on 8 to 12GB of RAM with Steam Workshop mods. Survival Ascended is the UE5 remaster and needs at least 16GB per map. We split the plans so Evolved players pay less for lighter hardware, and Ascended players get the RAM their version actually demands.
- Yes. Our Rex and Giga plans are cluster-ready, so you can link maps like The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, and Extinction. Survivors transfer their characters, dinos, and items between maps. We help you set up the cluster IDs and transfer settings.
- ASA uses CurseForge for mods rather than the old Steam Workshop. You add mod IDs in your server configuration and they download automatically on start: structure mods, stack mods, QoL mods and total conversions from the ASA CurseForge catalog. The Unreal Engine 5.8 update (test client from 5 October, release planned for 28 October 2026) needs mod updates from their authors, so back up your world and check your mods before you update. Our UE 5.8 server guide covers the steps.
- It depends on your map, mods, and plan. The Therizino plan comfortably runs up to 20 players on a single map, Rex handles 40 with cluster support, and Giga has the headroom for large communities and multi-map clusters with no hard player limit.
- Fully. You get direct access to GameUserSettings.ini and Game.ini, so you can tune XP, harvesting, taming and breeding rates, structure limits, stat-per-level multipliers, day length, and every other ASA setting. Changes apply on restart.
- Our primary ARK servers are hosted in the Netherlands, close to most of Western Europe. We also offer servers in Germany, Poland, Canada, USA (California), USA (Virginia), Singapore, India and Australia. The plan selector shows a live ping to each region before you order. Pick your region.
- Yes. Upload your existing save files and config through FTP, set your map and cluster IDs to match, and restart. Your tribes, tames, and bases carry over. Our support team can help with cluster migrations if you need it.
- Backups run automatically on a schedule across your server or cluster, and you get 3 backup slots on every plan. You can also trigger a manual backup before risky changes or updates. Restoring is a one-click process.
- Yes. RCON is enabled on every plan. Use any RCON client to run admin commands, send broadcasts, manage players, and connect automation or Discord bot tools to your server.
- Yes. Upgrade anytime from the client panel: upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. This makes it easy to move from a single map to a full cluster as your community grows.
- Most ARK servers are live within a few minutes of payment. We do not offer a money-back guarantee; refunds and cancellations follow our terms of service. You can cancel anytime and keep the server until your billing period ends.
