Can I change my package?
A server can be up/downgraded to a desired package at any time.
From premium to Ultimate, or Ultimate to Budget is no problem at all, the remaining days are automatically settled in the next period.
When will my server be downgraded?
Downgrading your server is unfortunately not possible in the existing term, upgrading is.
When downgrading your package, this will automatically take effect on the next payment period.
Do I get a free custom domain?
A custom subdomain is included with your service by default, via the panel a .nl .be or .eu subdomain can easily be created with a few clicks.
When do I have to pay again?
We charge a payment term as 30 days, when the server is received this payment term therefore starts, this may differ only if the service is purchased for a longer period directly.
Will I get my server for free?
Only in the event that the is much downtime then the service will be compensated with this.
How does the 10 pay scheme work?
Pay the server for 10 months and receive 12 months! This means you will enjoy two more months of quality for an even more competitive price!
Even in the two extra months, you will receive the support you are used to from us.
