Space-Node has no server in Switzerland. For Swiss players our nearest regions are Germany, in Frankfurt, and the Netherlands. Both sell the same Minecraft plans at the same prices, and so does Poland, our third region in Europe. This page shows how far those regions are from Swiss cities and how to check your own ping before you order.
Ping from Swiss cities
WonderNetwork runs test servers in many cities and pings between them every hour. These are the medians of those hourly averages over the two weeks to 2 October 2026, read from wondernetwork.com on 2 October 2026:

All of these are low for Minecraft. The surprise is the pattern: Zurich, Geneva and Lugano came out faster to Amsterdam, while Basel, Bern and Lausanne were faster to Frankfurt, so the route your provider takes matters more than the distance on the map. WonderNetwork's servers are not our nodes, and your own connection adds to these times, so read the table as a guide to the routes, not as your ping to us.
Check your own ping
The plan selector on our Minecraft server hosting page times a round trip from your browser to every region and refreshes every ten seconds. Visitors from Switzerland start on Germany; once the first measurements are in, the selector moves to whichever region answered fastest, until you pick one yourself. Ask a few regular players to run it as well, because their providers may route differently from yours.
Frankfurt or the Netherlands
In our checkout the Netherlands, Germany and Poland share one product per plan, so the plan name ends in "NL & DE & PL" whichever location you picked. If you want Frankfurt or the Netherlands in particular, say so in live chat when you order. Moving a server between our locations later is free, about once a week.
Standard plans run on AMD Ryzen 9 3900X-class CPUs with DDR4 and start at €2.70 a month for 3 GB. Premium runs on a Ryzen 9 9950X with DDR5 and starts at €5.25. On both lines the CPU is shared with other servers on the node and the RAM in your plan is reserved for your server; Premium gets 600 to 800% CPU (6 to 8 vCores) under fair use. We bill in euro.
Data in Switzerland
Some groups want their server to stay under Swiss law, for example a school or a company. For that you need a host with a data centre in Switzerland, and we are not one. Our servers in Frankfurt and the Netherlands are in the EU.
Tips for Swiss servers
- Write rules and server messages in the languages your players use. A group that mixes German, French and Italian speakers may need more than one.
- Plan events in Swiss time. Our support is online every day from 08:00 to 20:00 UTC, which is 10:00 to 22:00 in Switzerland until summer time ends on 25 October 2026, and 09:00 to 21:00 after that.
- Paper or Purpur is a good default for a vanilla or plugin server.
