OneBlock Server Setup & Hosting Guide (2026)

OneBlock is a skyblock variant where you start with a single block floating in the void. Break the block and it regenerates as a new random block. Over time, the block produces ores, chests, and eventually spawns mobs. The progression feels rewarding because every block break gives you something new.
How OneBlock Works
- Each player (or team) gets their own island with one block
- Breaking the block regenerates it as a random block
- Blocks follow phases: plains, underground, winter, ocean, nether, the end
- Each phase introduces new block types, mobs, and chest loot
- Players build their island using the resources they get
Server Software
Use Paper or Purpur with the OneBlock plugin.
