Setup Steps

1. Create a Discord Bot

1. Go to Discord Developer Portal
2. Create a new application
3. Add a bot to the application
4. Copy the bot token
5. Enable Message Content Intent under Privileged Gateway Intents
6. Invite the bot to your Discord server with appropriate permissions

2. Install DiscordSRV

1. Download DiscordSRV from SpigotMC or Modrinth
2. Place the .jar in your server's plugins folder
3. Restart the server
4. DiscordSRV generates config files

3. Configure

Edit plugins/DiscordSRV/config.yml:

BotToken: "YOUR-BOT-TOKEN-HERE"
Channels: {"global": "CHANNEL-ID"}

Replace CHANNEL-ID with the Discord channel ID where chat should appear.

4. Restart

Restart the Minecraft server. Messages should now sync between Minecraft and Discord.
