Who our Canada location suits

What every plan includes
Ryzen 9 3900X-class in Beauharnois
Canada Standard plans run on a Ryzen 9 3900X-class CPU with DDR4 memory. If that exact model is not available, you get a similar Ryzen with comparable single-thread performance. The CPU is shared with other servers on the same machine.
NVMe storage
From 40 GB on the 3 GB plan up to 165 GB on 32 GB, so worlds, plugins and backups fit.
DDoS protection
Included on every Canada Standard plan at the standard level. There is no extra charge for it.
One-click installs
Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and popular modpacks like Cobblemon install from the panel. Or upload your own files over SFTP.
Geyser and voice chat ports
Extra UDP ports for Geyser or Simple Voice Chat are free. Create them in the panel, 3 included and up to 5 on request.
Free subdomain
Your friends join on an easy address instead of an IP and port.
Check your own ping before you order
We do not quote ping figures, because yours depends on your city, your internet provider and whether you play on Wi-Fi or a cable. The plan selector above measures your ping to Canada, our two USA locations and our other regions live from your own browser. A browser check is not exactly the same as in-game ping, but it shows clearly which location is closer for you.
Support hours in Canadian time
Our team answers live chat, Discord and email every day from 08:00 to 20:00 UTC, and monitoring runs around the clock. In Montreal and Toronto that is 04:00 to 16:00 during daylight saving time. From Sunday 1 November 2026, when the clocks go back, it is 03:00 to 15:00, until daylight saving time starts again on 14 March 2027. A message sent in the evening waits until the team is back.
