Cobblemon uses a mix of in-game interactions and commands to manage Pokemon. Some commands are for players, others are admin-only. Here is the full reference for 2026.
Player commands
These commands are available to regular players by default:
/pokedex- opens your Pokedex to see caught and seen Pokemon./pokemonor/party- shows your current party./pc- opens your Pokemon storage PC./moveset- view move details for a Pokemon.
The exact commands depend on your Cobblemon version and any addon mods installed.
Admin and operator commands
These require operator status or specific permissions:
/pokegive <player> <pokemon> [level] [shiny]- gives a Pokemon to a player./pokespawn <pokemon> [level]- spawns a Pokemon at your location./pokeheal <player>- fully heals a player's party./pokeremove <radius>- removes spawned Pokemon in a radius.
Example: /pokegive Steve pikachu 50 shiny gives Steve a shiny level 50 Pikachu.
Permission nodes
Cobblemon uses permission nodes that work with LuckPerms:
cobblemon.command.pokegive- allows using /pokegive.cobblemon.command.pokespawn- allows using /pokespawn.cobblemon.command.pokeheal- allows using /pokeheal.
Grant them via LuckPerms: /lp user <player> permission set cobblemon.command.pokegive true
Useful addon commands
If you run addons like Cobblemon Mega Showdown or KubeJS integrations:
- Mega evolution commands depend on the addon.
- KubeJS can add custom commands for shops, trades, and events.
- PokeSnacks and berry commands are item-based, not command-based.
Tips for server admins
- Use
/pokegivefor events and rewards instead of spawning everything manually. - Set up a permissions group for moderators with healing but not spawning rights.
- Use
/pokeremoveto clear entity lag from accumulated wild Pokemon.
The short answer
Core Cobblemon commands are /pokemon, /pc, /pokedex for players and /pokegive, /pokespawn, /pokeheal for admins. Manage access with LuckPerms permission nodes.
