Server access is provided through a URL that connects to the server from your web browser. This way, you'll be able to view the desktop of the server utilizing any web browser of your choice. For those wondering, we currently do not provide RDP support with our servers.

All of our servers require a waiting time period for deployment. This usually means that a few days are deducted from your running time while we process your order.
If your stream does end or cut off, you should check whether the server has an active internet connection. If you’re able to access the server remotely, then the internet connection is present. If that is the case, then your stream might have crashed within the OBS app. However, if the remote connection to the server is not working, then it most likely means your server went down. In this case, you’ll have to contact our support team to fix the issue.

We're a hosting company with the ability to provide servers that can stream to any platform online. While we do provide streaming capable hardware, we're more focused on being a server hosting company that specializes in the live-streaming market.
Sometimes the average waiting times vary depending on the plan that was purchased. We usually don’t have a long waiting time period unless the plan you purchased is in high demand. Otherwise, most customers receive access to their servers within a couple of days and sometimes within a couple of hours.
PayPal & Stripe already provides the customer with all the information needed. The only email you will receive after your purchase is the one containing the access details for your server. That is the single email we will ever send to you unless we have some news to broadcast or a customer-specific email.
We currently do not offer free trials for our services. However, if you require our services for a big event, it might be possible to provide access for a few hours to confirm that our servers meet your needs.
