When you purchase a Space-Node product, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions.
1. Obligations
1.1. Space-Node guarantees that all purchased products are delivered with the same
specifications as stated on the discord.
1.2. Space-Node does not have the rights to alternate the content of the server without the
consent of the owner of the product.
1.3. Space-Node is obliged to maintain the purchased product in the best possible
condition.
1.4. Space-Node is obligated to include an invoice with each purchase.
2. Payments
2.1. Space-Node will send an email reminder 7 days before the expiration date of a product
in
our discord server.
2.2. If no payment is received after 1 day from the due date, the purchased product will be
suspended.
2.3. If after 14 days after the due date no payment has been received, Space-Node, has the
right
to remove the products in question.
2.4. It is not required for Space-Node to agree to a refund when a payment has been
successfully received and the product has been delivered.
2.5. PayPal payments: We pay via PayPal, this goes through friends and family. This is to
prevent chargebacks.
3. Justification
3.1. Space-Node is not liable for any (intentional) damage to its products.
3.2. Space-Node is not obliged to make backups of certain products.
3.3. Space-Node has the right to modify the General Conditions at any time.
3.4. Space-Node cannot be held responsible for the loss of files.
3.5. Space-Node has the right to stop products of a customer if there are signs of illegal
activities.
3.6. Space-Node has the right to stop a customer's products when there are signs of
cryptocurrency mining.
4. Pricing
4.1. Space-Node has the right to change the prices of their products at any time.
4.2. The main payment method for buying products from Space-Node is through PayPal. iDeal,
Credit Card is possible on request.
4.3. All prices on the Space-Node website are in Euros (€).
5. Support inside and outside office hours
5.1: We provide support in all areas within business hours, unless otherwise specified.
5.2: We are not obliged to provide support on services with external companies and
applications
